SHIPPING & RETURNS
Sierra Adv Gear offers a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. All returns must be in new, un-installed, and un-used condition. Shipping charges are not refundable. If an item is installed and/or used in any way and we cannot sell it as new, we must charge a 30% restocking fee.
All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging. All components, manuals, and accessories must be included. Sierra Adv Gear inspects all returns and reserves the right to return merchandise that does not meet the above criteria.
You must notify Sierra Adv Gear first before returning a item. If you return an item without notifying us first, the return will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
We issue refunds by store credit or refund to the original method of payment.

Obtain a Return Authorization from us within 30 days of purchase date by e-mailing ( sales@sierraadvgear.com ) or by calling 408-687-2880.

Reason for return
For your protection, please insure the package and use a "traceable" shipping method such as UPS, Fedex, or USPS with delivery confirmation.
